Now, dip the chicken inside the buttermilk and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. For better results, you can keep them overnight. Now, make a flour bed. Add seasoning to the flour. Mix them well. You can add some paprika to the flour to have a nice color.
Please take out the chicken pieces from the buttermilk mix and evenly coat them in the seasoned flour. Make sure that you have shaken all the excess flour. Now, place the pieces in the basket. Set the timer to 8 minutes and the temperature to 400 degrees.
