  • 1 tsp Cornstarch/cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Heavy cream/evaporated milk
  • 1 ¼ cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • cup Finely ground fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Capers

Instructions
 

  • First, take a mixing bowl. Mix flour and parmesan cheese together in the bowl.

  • Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tsp of butter to the frying pan. Let the butter melt. Pour the seasoned chickens into the hot oil and bake for 3-4 minutes. Go on cooking until they turn brown on both sides.

  • Then, make the sauce. Add capers, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Now, drop the lemon juice into the sauce and add the cooked chicken so that they may absorb the flavorings of the sauce.
  • Distribute the savory dish with your loving ones with sliced fresh lemons, capers, and chopped parsley, green salads, and so on. Dish them out with steamed vegetables, rice, or zucchini noodles.
