Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer Used to cook the buffalo drumsticks
  • 1 Bowl Used to mix the ingredients
  • 1 Cutting board Used to cut the chicken drumsticks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken drumstick (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • Fat-Free Blue Cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the air fryer at 380° for 3–5 minutes.
  • Put chicken drumsticks in the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Air-fry at 380° for 12 minutes
  • Turn the drumsticks over and fry for 12 more minutes.
  • You can add the sauce now or wait until the end.
  • After 12 minutes, turn up the heat to 400° and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Please ensure the drumsticks are 165°F on the inside before taking them out.
  • If you didn’t add sauce while the drumsticks were cooking, put them in a bowl, add your favorite sauce, and shake or toss until the branches are covered.
