Ingredients
  

Baking chicken wings:

  • 2-1/2 Pound of evenly separated chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp of salt-flakes
  • 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp of black and cayenne pepperf black and cayenne pepper

For the Thai sauce ad glaze:

  • 1 Cup of Thai chili sauce with the mild sweetness
  • 4 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp of lemongrass (minced ad fresh)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (Finely minced)
  • 2 tsp of sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by separating the chicken wings right at its drumettes and flats. Also, remove the tip and freeze it for further use.
  • Take a small bowl and put all the ingredients ready for the glaze. Continue whisking the glaze ingredients until they blend and become buttery smooth.
  • Now, you have to season the chicken wings for baking. We recommend you check the chicken wings and remove any edges if there are any.
  • Now, add all the ingredients for seasoning the wings. Toss to ensure an even coat.
  • Arrange the seasoned wings in a baking sheet and pour in half of the glaze sauce on them. Make sure the wings are coated properly with the sauce.
  • Now, set the microwave oven precisely at 400°F and preheat it. Finally, bake the chicken wings for 20 minutes.
  • Use a saucepan to simmer the remaining sauces. You should simmer it in low heat and continue simmering until it boils and becomes thick.
  • Once the wings are baked, pour in the simmered sauce over them.
  • Set the microwave oven at a low-medium or broiling setting. Then, continue cooking the baked and glazed wings for another 10 minutes.
  • When the wings turn golden, remove them from the oven and use the glaze again to coat them for serving.
