Air Fryer Steak Kabobs

Steak kabobs are one of my favorite meals. They’re quick to make and require minimal effort. You don’t even have to turn on the grill. I like to use an air fryer because it cooks food faster than traditional ovens. If you’ve never used an air fryer, here’s how to do it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the steak into cubes about 2 inches wide.
  • Place the meat in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Add the cubed steak to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes per side.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can also add vegetables such as mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc. to the steak kabobs before placing them in the air fryer.
  • If you prefer, you can place the steak kabobs directly on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • The air fryer should not be used for any other purpose while it is heating up.

2. Spray the steak with oil spray.

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
