The Easiest Japanese Chicken Wings Recipe

Japanese chicken wings are popularly known as Na-go-ya style Tebasaki chickens. It comes with a glazed coating and offers the crispiest skin. It is made with bone-in wings instead of boneless wings, which are different from other chicken wings preparations. 

Although it doesn’t have any crispy coating, its double frying makes the wings super-crispy while containing the tangy feel of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper powder for one of a kind taste.

Ingredients for the chicken wings:

  • 2 lightly beaten eggs 
  • 3.5 pounds of chicken wings

  • ½ cup of soy sauce and water each 
  • 1 cup of white sugar

  • In a separate bowl, add the eggs and dip the wings in it. Then, coat it slightly with the all-purpose flour. It helps you to get the crispy and golden-brown chicken wings at ease. 
  • Now, please take a deep skillet and pour the entire butter in it. Use medium to high heat to warm up the butter until it melts. 
  • Then, pour the chicken wings in the butter and start frying them. You have to continue cooking until it turns deep brown.

  • In another bowl, mix the garlic, ginger, and black pepper with the soy sauce.
